Orders and customer details
You must be legally able to enter into a purchase contract and authorized to use the payment method supplied. Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information and review product options, quantities and delivery details before ordering.
An automated order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order request. Order fulfilment remains subject to payment authorization, product availability and verification of essential order details. If we cannot accept or fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund any amount taken for the unfulfilled items.
We will not substitute a materially different item without your agreement.
Product information and suitability
Product pages describe the item, its available options, price and stock status. Photographs may show a styled setting or related accessories; only the items described as included with the purchased product form part of the order.
Review the product’s dimensions, intended use, care instructions and any site or installation requirements. Color appearance can vary between screens. These practical limitations do not excuse supplying goods that differ materially from their description.
For structures or large outdoor equipment, check access, the available space and any local permit or installation requirements before ordering. Unless expressly included in a product listing, assembly, site preparation and installation are not included.
Prices, taxes and payment
Prices and order totals are in US dollars. The final order summary must show the items purchased, free standard delivery and any applicable tax before payment. LYMZ’s chosen card-payment processor is Stripe; the available methods are those actually displayed at checkout.
If a material pricing or product-description error affects an order, we will explain it and ask whether you want to proceed on the corrected basis or cancel for a refund. We do not charge an increased amount without your agreement.

Delivery and availability
Standard delivery is free throughout the United States, including all 50 states and the District of Columbia, with no minimum order value. The delivery address must be complete, accurate and suitable for the item ordered.
Read the Shipping & Delivery Policy for processing, timing, large-item arrangements and how we handle delays. A delivery estimate is not a guarantee unless expressly stated as one.
If we cannot ship within the time promised, we will explain the revised timing and provide the delay or cancellation options required by law. If you do not agree to the delay, the affected order will be cancelled and the required refund issued. We will not impose a newly discovered shipping charge after payment without your agreement.
Returns, refunds and cancellations
Eligible, unused goods may be returned by requesting a return within 30 calendar days of delivery. Change-of-mind return shipping is paid by the customer. LYMZ pays necessary return shipping for a verified defect, damage or an incorrect item. There is no restocking fee.
Eligible returned goods are refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days after receipt and inspection, subject to any shorter period required by applicable law. Bank posting time can be additional.

Appropriate use and account security
Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the store, misuse another person’s account or payment information, or introduce malicious code. Keep your login details secure and contact us about suspected unauthorized activity.
Descriptions, design elements and photographs are protected by the rights of their respective owners. Product and manufacturer names identify the goods offered. Their appearance does not by itself mean LYMZ is the manufacturer or an authorized distributor.
Consumer rights and resolving a problem
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights, warranties or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any manufacturer warranty that applies is additional to rights you have against the seller; it does not require you to waive those rights.

Applicable United States federal law and the state law that properly applies to the transaction govern the purchase. These terms do not remove mandatory protections available in your state, require binding arbitration or limit access to a court where the law gives you that right.

Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain customer data and browser storage. Those policies describe information handling rather than creating a waiver of privacy rights.
We may update these terms for future orders. The version shown when you place an order applies to that order, except where a change is required by law or agreed with you. The date below identifies this version.
